2018 SHSAA Provincials Medalists
The SHSAA provincial badminton championships were held in Wilkie on May 12. The Leader badminton team came home with a gold medal, bronze medal and 4th place finish. 2018 SHSAA Section A Regional Champs
The Leader senior badminton team had a successful showing at the SHSAA regional tournament in Moose Jaw on May 5. There will be 3 teams advancing to SHSAA provincial badminton in Wilkie on May 12. Stimson/Tumbach placed first in girls doubles at regionals while Tumbach/Wenzel got 2nd. Leach/Mastel won the regional title in the boys doubles category. Bobby Hudec (left) from Fox Valley placed first in boys singles while Dallyn Jamieson (right) from Cabri placed second at the SHSAA regional badminton competition in Moose Jaw on May 5. Both boys will now advance to SHSAA provincials in Wilkie on May 12.
The mixed doubles team of Matthew Ganert and Kenna Anton from Fox Valley captured the SHSAA regional badminton title in Moose Jaw on May 5. The team will now advance to SHSAA provincials in Wilkie on May 12.
