The Pierceland Central School girls volleyball team was presented with the SHSAA/Sask Milk sportsmanship award for 3A Girls Volleyball.  It is the second time that a team from the school has been recognized with this important award.

Principal Terry Fortune welcomed the students, staff, and a number of community members to the assembly honouring the team.  Coaches and student-athletes from the team spoke of the great camaraderie on the team and the significance of the award.

The assembly was a great way to recognize both the bronze medal finish and the sportsmanship award.  Congratulations to the entire school community.
