The 2013 SHSAA Provincial Cross Country Championships were hosted by Medstead School at Little Loon Regional Park on October 12, 2013.  A day of sunshine and light breezes welcomed the 550 participants and hundreds of spectators and volunteers.  The first race of the day was underway shortly after 1:00pm.  The day wrapped up at 4:30 with the awards ceremonies.  Results of the championships can be found on the Cross Country Activity Page.
