Assiniboia Composite High School was recently awarded the SHSAA/Sask Milk Sportsmanship Award for Boys Curling.  This was the 5th sportsmanship award for the school but the first in curling.  The school and community has played host to the provincial SHSAA Boys Curling Championship the past two years.

After going through the round robin undefeated the team lost two close games in the playoff bracket eventually finishing fourth in the competition.

Congratulations to Coaches Gronsdahl, Froshaug, and Corman for being leaders and role models in school sport.  Team members Booth, Froshaug, Gronsdahl, Hawkins, and Wenaus are to be commended on their efforts toward sportsmanship and the ideals of school sport.
