As approved by the membership at the 2024 AGM:

• A results sheet for each team will be created by the SHSAA office staff. Each Head Coach’s email address will be added to give access so they can add the results for each interscholastic contest they participate in. The coach will be responsible for updating their results weekly. The results link for each team will be provided by the SHSAA office and posted on the SHSAA website. The form will also have a space for them to be able to list their rankings for the category they participate with.
